A refreshing and colorful smoothie perfect for spring mornings. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl yogurt (plain or vanilla)- 1 banana
- 1 dl frozen berries (such as raspberries or strawberries)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 dl oat milk or other plant-based milk
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Place yogurt, banana, frozen berries, and honey (if using) into a blender.2. Add the oat milk and blend all the ingredients until smooth.
3. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
4. Enjoy immediately!
