A simple and delicious baked good celebrating the Roosa Nauha campaign.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 8 servings

Ingredients:

- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 1 dl milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl raspberry jam
- Powdered sugar for decoration

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar together. Gradually add the dry mixture to the batter, alternating with the milk, and mix until smooth.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spoon the raspberry jam on top. Gently swirl the jam into the batter with a fork.
6. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Allow to cool before serving. Dust with powdered sugar for decoration.
