A delicious and hearty polenta porridge, perfect as a side dish or main course. Easy to prepare with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients:
- 1 liter water
- 220 g polenta flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 50 g butter
- Oil
Instructions:
1. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan. Gradually add the polenta flour while stirring continuously.
2. Reduce the heat and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 40 minutes. The porridge is ready when it pulls away from the sides of the pot.
3. Stir in the butter vigorously until fully melted and combined.
4. Pour the porridge into a dish and let it cool slightly before serving.
