Aura-Prosciutto-Mozzarella Polenta

A delicious polenta recipe combining cornmeal, blue cheese, mozzarella, and prosciutto, creating a perfect side dish or main course. Great to serve with Osso buco. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1.5 dl polenta
- 5 dl chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 0.5 - 1 dl blue cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Prosciutto
- Sage leaves
Instructions:
1. Prepare the broth and add oil, salt, and black pepper.
2. Gradually add the polenta to the broth while stirring continuously.
3. Allow to simmer on low heat for about 7-8 minutes, until the liquid is absorbed by the cornmeal.
4. Line a dish with plastic wrap and pour the cooked polenta into the bottom. Let it cool.
5. Cut the set polenta into fish stick-shaped pieces.
6. Place a slice of mozzarella cheese and a sage leaf on top of each polenta stick. Wrap each with prosciutto.
7. Fry the sticks in oil on a skillet until they are nicely colored and the mozzarella is slightly melted.
8. Arrange the finished sticks on a plate and serve.
