Ingredients:

- 2 hamburger buns
- 300 g ground beef (90% lean)
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- 1 small red onion (thinly sliced)
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Shape the ground beef into two patties and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
3. Place the cheddar cheese slices on top of the patties and cover the pan with a lid to melt the cheese.
4. Lightly toast the hamburger buns in the pan until golden brown.
5. Assemble the burgers: Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of the bun, then add the cheeseburger patty, tomato slices, red onion, and finally top with mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard.
6. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
