A delicious burger inspired by the best hamburger restaurants in Helsinki. The perfect choice for burger fans!
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 2 burgers
Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef
- 2 hamburger buns
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1 red onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce (e.g., iceberg lettuce)
Instructions:
1. Shape the ground beef into two round patties. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Cook the patties in a hot pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are cooked through.
3. Place the slices of cheddar cheese on top of the patties and let them melt for a moment.
4. Lightly toast the hamburger buns in the pan until golden brown.
5. Slice the avocado, tomato, and red onion.
6. Assemble the burgers: Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun, add lettuce, the beef patty with melted cheese, slices of tomato and red onion, and finally ketchup and mustard.
7. Place the top bun on and serve immediately.
