1. Peel and cut the potatoes into sticks or wedges.
2. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 5 minutes until slightly softened. Drain the water and let the potatoes dry.
3. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).

5. Add the dried potatoes to the oil mixture and toss well to coat the potatoes evenly.
