Ingredients

Dough:
- 7.5 dl gluten-free flour blend
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 150 g soft butter
- 3 dl water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Toppings:
- 200 g diced ham
- 150 g grated cheese
- 1 dl chili (fresh or canned)
- 1 dl tomato sauce
- 1 dl diced bell pepper
- 1 dl diced onion
- Spices (e.g., oregano, basil)

Instructions

1. Prepare the dough. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the soft butter and mix until the mixture resembles crumbs.
3. Pour in the water and olive oil, and knead the dough until smooth. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
4. Roll or press the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
6. Top with ham, bell pepper, onion, chili, and grated cheese.
7. Season to your liking and bake at 200°C (390°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before cutting and serving.
