Ingredients:

- 400 g pasta (such as fusilli)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until soft.
3. Add the crushed garlic and bell pepper, and continue cooking for a few minutes.
4. Stir in the zucchini and cherry tomatoes. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
5. Season the mixture with oregano, salt, and pepper.
6. Combine the cooked pasta with the skillet mixture, stirring well. If necessary, add a bit of the reserved cooking water to make it more saucy.
7. Serve the pasta topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
