Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the banana and chop it into pieces.
2. Rinse the apple, remove the core, and chop it into pieces.
3. Place the banana, apple, frozen strawberries, yogurt, and milk into a blender.
4. Add honey and chia seeds if using.
5. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
6. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
