This easy flourless pizza crust recipe is a great alternative to traditional pizza dough. It is quickly made with rice flour, and the toppings taste delicious. Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Serving Size: 1 medium pizza
Ingredients:
- 1.5 dl rice flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the rice flour, salt, and baking powder.
3. Add the eggs and water, and stir until you have a smooth batter.
4. Incorporate the olive oil and mix again.
5. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape it into a round crust.
6. Bake the crust in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until it is golden brown.
7. Remove the crust from the oven and add your desired toppings.
8. Bake the pizza for an additional 10-15 minutes until the toppings are cooked.
