Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets - Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 dl fresh basil
- 1 dl fresh sage
- 1/2 dl pine nuts
- 1/2 dl grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 dl olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). 2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper and place them in a baking dish.
3. Prepare the sage pesto: Combine basil, sage, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and crushed garlic in a blender. Blend until smooth.
4. Spread the sage pesto over the salmon fillets.
5. Bake the salmon in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and the pesto has a nice crisp topping.
6. Serve immediately with your choice of side dishes.
