Instructions:
1. Boil the eggs to your desired level of doneness (around 6-8 minutes).2. Toast the slices of bread in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown.
3. Meanwhile, mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
4. Spread the avocado mash on the toasted bread.
5. Peel and slice the boiled eggs and arrange them on top of the avocado.
6. Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy at your leisure.
