Ingredients:

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate-butter mixture and mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
5. Sift the flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla sugar into the mixture. Gently stir until all ingredients are well combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is cooked. Check for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out with moist crumbs.
8. Allow the cake to cool in the pan before inverting it onto a serving plate.
