Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti or pasta of choice- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Allow it to simmer for a couple of minutes.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat it in the creamy sauce.
7. Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
