A delicious baked custard served with a sweet raspberry sauce.
Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Serving Size: 4

Ingredients:

- 2 dl milk
- 2 dl cream
- 3 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sugar (for raspberry sauce)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
2. Heat the milk and cream in a saucepan until steaming. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until well combined.
4. Gradually pour the warm milk mixture into the egg mixture while stirring continuously to prevent the eggs from cooking.
5. Pour the mixture into greased ramekins or one large baking dish.
6. Place the ramekins on a baking tray and pour boiling water into the tray, reaching halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
7. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the custard is set.
8. To make the raspberry sauce, combine the raspberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. Blend the mixture and strain if necessary.
9. Allow the baked custard to cool before serving. Serve with the raspberry sauce.
