Ingredients:
- 200 g corn chips - 200 g cheese sauce
- 100 g black beans, drained and rinsed
- 100 g avocado, diced
- 100 g tomato, diced
- 50 g red onion, finely chopped
- 100 g shredded cheese (e.g. cheddar)
- 100 ml salsa
- 100 ml sour cream
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).2. Spread the corn chips evenly on a baking sheet.
3. Pour the cheese sauce evenly over the corn chips.
4. Layer the black beans, avocado, tomato, and red onion on top.
5. Add the shredded cheese as the final layer.
6. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with salsa and sour cream.
8. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves before serving.
