Ingredients:
- 400 g potatoes
- 300 g carrots
- 200 g cauliflower
- 150 g peas
- 200 g chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary (or 1/2 tsp dried)
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g grated cheese (e.g., Parmesan)
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots into small cubes.
2. Boil the potatoes and carrots in salted water for about 10 minutes until slightly soft.
3. Add the cauliflower and peas to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Drain the vegetables and transfer them to a baking dish.
5. Sauté the chicken fillets in olive oil until golden brown, seasoning with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
6. Place the sautéed chicken fillets on top of the vegetables in the dish.
7. Pour the cream evenly over the dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
8. Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 25-30 minutes until the top is beautifully golden brown.
9. Serve warm and enjoy the delightful flavors!
