Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add sugar. Mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition.
5. Sift in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gently mix until combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is cooked but slightly gooey in the center.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or serve with vanilla ice cream.
