This classic Italian pasta dish combines delicious tagliatelle, bacon, and Parmesan in a rich cream sauce. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
- 300 g tagliatelle - 1 onion
- 100 g bacon
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons heavy cream
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Water
Instructions
1. Cook the tagliatelle in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve some of the pasta water.2. Peel and chop the onion. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
3. Heat a little oil in a pan and add the bacon. Fry until crispy.
4. Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until soft.
5. Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Add reserved pasta water as needed until the sauce reaches your desired thickness.
6. Season with salt and black pepper.
7. Toss the cooked tagliatelle with the sauce and serve immediately.
