Ingredients:
- 1 shot of espresso (about 30 ml) - 200 ml milk
- Sugar to taste
- Cinnamon or cocoa powder for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Brew the espresso using an espresso machine or any coffee maker. 2. Heat the milk in a saucepan or microwave, but do not let it boil.
3. Froth the hot milk with a milk frother or whisk until it becomes airy.
4. Pour the prepared espresso into a mug.
5. Add the frothed milk on top of the espresso.
6. Sweeten with sugar to taste and garnish with cinnamon or cocoa powder if desired.
