Ingredients:
- 2 blood oranges
- 200 g burrata
- 100 g arugula
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- (optional) Fresh herbs like basil or mint for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel the blood oranges and slice them into rounds.
2. Place the arugula on a serving plate.
3. Layer the blood orange slices on top of the arugula.
4. Tear the burrata into pieces and arrange it over the salad.
