Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 1 avocado
- 150 g fresh spinach leaves
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 ml sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Boil the eggs to your desired doneness and let them cool.
2. Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.
3. Slice the avocado and halve the cherry tomatoes.
4. Prepare the sour cream dressing by mixing sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
5. Layer spinach leaves, sliced avocado, and smoked salmon on top of the bread.
6. Peel and slice the boiled eggs, placing them on the bread.
7. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and drizzle the sour cream dressing on top.
8. Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately.
