Ingredients:

- 0.5 tsp black pepper, ground
- Whole grain rye bread (e.g., real)
- 185 g canned mushrooms
- 100 g asparagus
- 0.5 tsp white pepper, ground
- 100 g cheese (17% fat)
- 4 tbsp cooked chicken fillets
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 tbsp oregano

Instructions:

1. Place the whole grain rye bread side by side in an ungreased microwave-safe dish.
2. Season the bread with ketchup, oregano, and black pepper.
3. Top with chopped chicken fillets, mushrooms, and asparagus.
4. Sprinkle white pepper and grated cheese on top.
5. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them well. Pour the egg mixture over the casserole.
6. Microwave on full power for about 10-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is nicely colored.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
