A delicious Indian dish that combines potatoes and cauliflower in a spicy and flavorful way. Easy to make and perfect as a side or main dish!

Ingredients:

- 500 g potatoes
- 300 g cauliflower
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 fresh chili (optional)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

1. Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft and golden brown.
4. Add minced garlic and finely chopped chili. Sauté for another minute.
5. Add the diced potatoes and cauliflower to the pan. Mix well.
6. Sprinkle turmeric, garam masala, and salt over the vegetables. Stir to combine all ingredients.
7. Add a little water to the pan, cover with a lid, and cook for about 15-20 minutes, until potatoes and cauliflower are tender.
8. Check for seasoning and adjust salt if necessary. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
