Blizza is a delicious combination of blini and pizza, served with traditional blini toppings. Perfect for parties or festive gatherings!

Ingredients

- 1 dl lukewarm water
- 0.5 dl vegetable oil
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1.5 dl "00" wheat flour
- 1.5 dl buckwheat flour

- Melted butter
- Crème fraîche
- Rainbow trout or vendace roe
- Finely chopped onion
- Chopped dill
- Freshly ground white and black pepper
- Salt to taste

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix lukewarm water, vegetable oil, and dry yeast.
2. Add the wheat flour and buckwheat flour to the mixture. Knead the dough into a smooth ball.
3. Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size.
4. Shape the risen dough into two round pizza bases on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake the bases at 220°C (428°F) for about 8-10 minutes. Flip the tray at the 8-minute mark.
6. Remove the bases from the oven and carefully peel off the parchment paper to prevent drying.
7. Cut the pizza bases into appropriate pieces and brush lightly with melted butter.
8. Spoon crème fraîche onto the bases, then add roe, onion, and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
9. Enjoy with a good glass of champagne or sparkling wine.
