Beaujolais Nouveau Tasting Dinner

Ingredients:
- 400 g beef tenderloin - 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 200 g baby potatoes
- 150 g green beans
- 100 g mushrooms
- 100 ml Beaujolais Nouveau wine
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).2. Season the beef tenderloin with crushed garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the beef on all sides. Transfer it to a baking dish.
4. Boil the baby potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes until they are partially cooked. Add them to the baking dish with the beef.
5. Wash and trim the green beans and mushrooms. Add them to the baking dish.
6. Pour the Beaujolais Nouveau wine over the ingredients in the baking dish and add the butter.
7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the meat is cooked and the vegetables are tender.
8. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve this delicious meal alongside Beaujolais Nouveau wine.
