Ingredients

- 1 kg gamay grapes
- 200 g sugar
- 1/4 tsp yeast
- 1 l water

Instructions

1. Wash the gamay grapes thoroughly and remove the stems.
2. Crush the grapes in a large bowl and add water.
3. Add sugar and mix well.
4. Dissolve the yeast in a small amount of water and add it to the grape mixture.
5. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it ferment at room temperature for 24 hours.
6. Strain the liquid from the grapes into a bottle and seal it tightly.
7. Chill the wine before serving.
