Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 round of brie cheese
- 1 round of goat cheese
- 200 g of prosciutto
- 150 g of salami
- 1 pear
- 1 jar of fig jam
- 1 loaf of rye bread
- 1 baguette
- 1 pack of mixed salad greens
- 100 ml of balsamic vinegar
- 100 ml of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare a cheese platter by arranging the brie cheese and goat cheese beautifully on a serving plate.
2. Slice the prosciutto and salami into thin pieces and place them next to the cheeses.
3. Cut the pear into thin slices and add them to the platter.
4. Serve the fig jam in a small bowl on the side.
5. Slice the rye bread and baguette and place them on a separate plate.
6. Prepare the salad by mixing the salad greens and adding balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve everything together with a selection of Beaujolais Nouveau wines.
