This delicious banana caramel pie is the perfect dessert, combining sweet bananas with rich caramel.

Ingredients

- 200 g all-purpose flour
- A generous pinch of salt
- 70 g butter
- 80 g sifted sugar
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 ripe bananas
- 100 g caramel sauce

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and baking powder.
3. Add the softened butter and sugar. Mix until you have a smooth dough.
4. Stir in the lightly beaten egg and mix well.
5. Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish.
6. Slice the bananas and arrange them on top of the dough.
7. Pour the caramel sauce over the bananas.
8. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
9. Allow to cool before serving.
