Ingredients:
- 4 slices whole grain bread - 2 avocados
- 4 eggs
- 1 tomato
- 50 g feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown. 2. Meanwhile, boil the eggs to your desired doneness (about 6-8 minutes).
3. Peel and mash the avocados in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Slice the tomato and crumble the feta cheese.
5. Spread the mashed avocado on top of the toasted bread.
6. Top with the boiled eggs, tomato slices, and crumbled feta cheese.
7. Garnish with fresh basil and drizzle with olive oil.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy together.
