Ingredients:
- 5 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 avocados
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half.
2. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
3. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into the bowl with the yolks.
4. Mash the yolks and avocado together with a fork until smooth.
5. Mix in the mayonnaise until well combined.
6. Season the mixture with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to taste.
7. Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg white halves.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
