Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 75 g butter or margarine
- 3/4 dl sugar
- 2.5 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 can (250 g) quark
- 1 dl sugar (for the quark filling)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2-3 peaches (or other fruit)
- 1 egg
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter and allow it to cool.
2. In a bowl, mix the sugar and melted butter together.
3. Add the egg to the mixture and stir well.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and stir until smooth.
6. Grease a tart pan and pour the dough into it as the base.
7. For the quark filling, mix the quark, sugar, and vanilla sugar together.
8. Pour the quark filling over the dough base.
9. Slice the peaches and arrange them on top of the quark filling.
10. Bake the tart in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
11. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
