Ingredients:
- 1 ripe Dole Tropical Gold pineapple
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the pineapple into 1 cm thick slices.
2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and mix in the honey and cinnamon.
3. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
4. Brush the pineapple slices with the honey-cinnamon mixture.
5. Grill the pineapple slices for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until they have nice grill marks.
6. Remove from the grill and serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with fresh mint.
