Ingredients:

- 100 ml orange juice
- 100 ml yogurt
- 100 ml ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 50 g fresh berries (e.g., strawberries or blueberries)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the banana and chop it into small pieces.
2. Add the banana pieces, orange juice, yogurt, ice cubes, and honey to a blender.
3. Add the fresh berries and chia seeds.
4. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
