Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate and butter mixture and mix well.
4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Sift in the flour, vanilla extract, and salt into the batter and gently mix until combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set but still slightly moist in the center.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
