Serving Size: 12 pastries
Ingredients:
- 250 g all-purpose flour - 150 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 ml milk
- A pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar and berries for decoration
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture alternating with the milk, stirring until you have a smooth batter.
6. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar and topping with berries.
