A delicious brownie recipe that combines the deep flavor of dark beer with the richness of chocolate. Feel free to add white chocolate or berries for a twist! Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Serving Size: 12 pieces
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 3 dl sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl dark beer
- 1.5 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- (optional) 100 g white chocolate or berries
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a square baking pan.
2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition.
5. Pour in the dark beer and mix until combined.
6. Sift the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt into the batter and gently fold together.
7. If using, add the white chocolate or berries at this stage.
8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is set but the center is still slightly gooey.
9. Allow to cool before cutting into pieces.
