Ingredients

Crust:
- 4 eggs
- 2 dl sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 5 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl liquid margarine
- 1 dl skim milk
Filling:
- 1 1/2 liters apples (peeled and sliced)
- Cinnamon (for sprinkling)
Crumble Topping:
- 50 g butter or margarine
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 1-2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger

Instructions

1. Prepare the crust: Whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Mix the baking powder with the flour. Carefully fold the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Add the liquid margarine and milk in two batches into the batter. Spread the crust mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the filling: Peel the apples, remove the core, and slice them. Chop the slices into smaller pieces and spread them over the crust. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
3. Prepare the crumble topping: Crumble the butter or margarine, sugar, rolled oats, cinnamon, and ginger together until you have a uniform mixture. Sprinkle it over the apples.
4. Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 30 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
5. Serve: Let it cool slightly and serve with vanilla ice cream or vanilla sauce.
