This delicious apple jam is easy to make and flavored with vanilla sugar, which adds extra taste to your homemade jam. Perfect for baking or as a topping on yogurt for breakfast.

Ingredients:
- 8 liters of apples (for example, white transparent apples)
- 2 dl water
- About 2 dl jam sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. Core and chop the apples (with peel) into a pot that contains water.
2. Add the jam sugar and vanilla sugar to the chopped apples.
3. Bring to a boil and cook until the apples break down and become soft.
4. Blend the mixture using an immersion blender or a potato masher until smooth.
