A delightful and moist orange cake, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 5 tbsp fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 dl sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 dl powdered sugar
- 3 eggs
- 175 g softened butter
- 2 dl potato flour
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and place the rack in the lower position.
2. Grease and flour a loaf pan or round cake pan.
3. In a bowl, beat the softened butter with the sugars (regular and vanilla) until light and fluffy.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, potato flour, and baking powder.
6. Gradually add the flour mixture to the batter, alternating with the orange juice, mixing until smooth.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
8. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the cake is done (test with a toothpick).
9. Allow the cake to cool before dusting with powdered sugar.
