A delicious and healthy salmon dish infused with fresh orange juice and served with a creamy topping.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 kg salmon fillet
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 small oranges
- 100 g sour cream or 1 dl heavy cream
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Fresh herbs (such as dill or parsley) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
3. Squeeze the juice of the oranges over the salmon and slice one orange to place on top as a garnish.
4. Mix the sour cream (or heavy cream) with honey and spread the mixture evenly over the salmon.
5. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
6. Remove the salmon from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve with potatoes or salad.
