Ingredients

- 100 g margarine
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl potato flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 400 g pineapple (canned)
- 250 g quark cheese
- 1 dl sugar (for filling)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, cream together the margarine and sugar, then add the egg and mix well.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, potato flour, and baking powder, then fold into the batter until smooth.
4. Spread the batter into a greased pie dish and level the surface.
5. Drain the pineapple and cut it into smaller pieces. In another bowl, mix the quark cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar.
6. Spread the quark mixture over the batter and place the pineapple pieces on top.
7. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
