Ingredients:
*Base:*
- 100 g margarine
- 3/4 dl sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2½ dl all-purpose flour
*Filling:*
- 1-2 cans crushed pineapple
- 250 g quark
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (347°F).
2. Beat the margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and mix well.
3. Combine the baking powder with the flour and add it to the mixture. Stir until smooth.
4. Pour the batter into a greased pie dish and level the surface.
5. Prepare the filling by mixing the crushed pineapple, quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs. Mix well until combined.
6. Pour the filling over the base.
7. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
