Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- 100g sugar
- 1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 2 tablespoons liquid margarine
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Whip the egg, egg whites, and sugar until fluffy.
3. Add the crushed pineapple (drained) and liquid margarine to the mixture, and mix well.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg-pineapple mixture and stir until smooth.
5. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is beautifully golden brown and cooked through.
7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
