Ingredients:

- 2 celery stalks
- 2 mandarins
- About 5 cm piece of zucchini
- 1/2 cup mango puree (or alternatively, 4 mandarins)
- 1 cup water

Instructions:

1. Wash the celery stalks, mandarins, and zucchini thoroughly.
2. Peel the mandarins and cut the celery and zucchini into small pieces.
3. Place all the ingredients in a blender: celery, mandarins, zucchini, mango puree, and water.
4. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately!
