Ingredients:
- 800 g potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh herbs (e.g., rosemary or thyme)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
2. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin wedges or sticks.
3. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and garlic powder. Mix well to coat the potatoes evenly.
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
6. Remove the fries from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
