A deliciously rich and chewy brownie cookie filled with creamy peanut butter, perfect for Halloween gatherings.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes (plus cooling time)
Serving Size: 12 cookies
Ingredients:
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 1 dl sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1/2 dl cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 100 g peanut butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the sugar. Mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition.
5. Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and salt until the dough is smooth.
6. Pour the dough onto the prepared baking tray and spread it out evenly.
7. Spoon the peanut butter on top of the dough and use a knife or fork to create beautiful swirls.
8. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the cookies are set but still slightly chewy in the center.
9. Allow to cool before cutting into pieces.
