Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup yogurt (e.g., Greek yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup milk or plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the banana and cut it into chunks.
2. Place the banana, strawberries, yogurt, honey, milk, and chia seeds into a blender.
3. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
4. If desired, add ice to make the drink cooler and blend again.
5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy!
