Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 teaspoon sweet mustard
- 1 shallot
- 2 tablespoons chives
- 0.5 cucumber
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Finely chop the shallot and cucumber into small pieces. 2. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, capers, and sweet mustard.
3. Add the chopped shallot and cucumber to the mixture.
4. Stir in the chives, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
5. Allow the sauce to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
